    100g butter
    2tbsp syrup
    1 tsp bicarbinate soda
    40g shredded coconut
    75g oats
    100g flour
    100g sugar
    75g oats


Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4

Melt the butter and syrup together in a pan.

Add the soda to 2tbsp boiling water and add to the butter.

Mix together the butter and dry ingredients.

Spoon onto baking parchement, spread wide apart, as they will spread during baking. Cook for 8-10 mins
