Slow cooker pot roast with quartered potatoes, green and white beans. Slow cooker pot roast with quartered potatoes, green and white beans.
Number of Servings: 6


    Roast - 8 oz
    Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
    Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
    Onion powder 1 tbsp
    Garlic, minced 3 tbsp
    Potatoes, quartered 5 small
    Green Beans 1 cup
    White Beans 1 cup
    Water, tap 1 cup


Wash/scrub potatoes, quarter and set aside.
Make slits in the fatty portion of the roast and rub in onion powder, a dash o' pepper and the minced garlic - place in bottom of (non-stick spray prepared) crock pot; then pour on sauces. Place potato quarters around the roast on bottom of crock, add cup of water over potatoes. Rinse and drain both the green and white beans before adding them over the potatoes.

Set on Low setting and let go for hours 'n' hours...
