    1 can worthington choplets, cut into strips or large dice
    1 1/4 lbs tomatillos, husked and rinsed
    1T olive oil
    1/2 small onion chopped
    juice of 1/2 lime
    2 teaspoons sugar
    4 scallions white and light green parts sliced
    kosher salt


put tomatillos into a cast iron skillet, cover and cook until charred and soft, turning to brown evenly. Place in food processor and pulse to form salsa.

saute choplets and onion in same skillet with olive oil

pour salsa over choplets, add scallions ,lime juice and sugar. Season with kosher salt and pepper, heat till bubbly and hot.
