Ingredients

    2 C flour
    1 C oatmeal (old fashioned or quick rolled oats)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    tsp. salt
    1 C butter
    1 C brown sugar
    C white sugar (granulated)
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp. Honey
    2 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1 C cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal together in medium bowl and set aside.

Cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar together, add eggs, vanilla and honey and mix until combined.

Add flour mixture and mix until combined. Fold in cranberries.

Place in 1 tbsp size drops about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes and then move onto a cooling rack.

Serving Size: Makes about 3-4 dozen cookies (Serving size is 1 cookie)
