    half cup mayo( fat free)
    half cup celery- sliced thin
    half cup green onions- sliced
    quarter cup bell pepper( colored) minced
    3/4 cup packed firm crab meat
    2 Tbls sweet pickle relish
    7 hard boiled eggs- chopped


boil eggs( 3 min at rapid boil- then tuen off heat and leave on burner 17 mins) peel and chop

add everything else in a bowl and serve with sliced tomatoes
