Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c. Raspberries, Frozen (or any other frozen berries)
    1/4 c. Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or plain non-fat)
    1/4 c. Skim Milk (add more if you prefer a thinner smoothie)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
Serve and enjoy!

**To sweeten, add honey, sugar, or sugar substitue (NOT included in calorie count)
