Ingredients

    2 cups raw cashews soaked in filtered water for 2 – 4 hours
    1/4 cup – 1/2 cup filtered water as needed for desired consistency
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    4 cloves fresh garlic minced
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp granulated garlic (optional)
    1 Tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender (a Vita-Mix is ideal for this if you like a really smooth spread). Refrigerate until firm.
