    4oz boneless/skinless chicken breast, diced, weight before cooking
    2tbsp soy sauce, divided
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2tsp garlic powder (I use granulated)
    1/3c frozen corn
    1/3c frozen peas
    1/3c frozen broccoli
    Spritz of 0 calorie cooking spray


I make my brown rice in advance and package in 1 cup servings.

4oz chicken weighed before cooking, saute in pan until almost done, then sprinkle with .5tsp garlic powder and 1tbsp soy sauce (use less if you prefer)

I use a spritz of 0 calorie non-stick spray in my wok and heat the vegetables to warm and then put the rice in and stir until heated through.

Serve chicken over rice, sprinkle with remaining tbsp of soy if you prefer

Serving Size: I consider this one serving size, calories may be lower than stated, as I'm not sure whether to weigh the chicken before or after cooking
