Number of Servings: 6


    * White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Beans, black, 1 cup
    * Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
    * Beans, white, 1 cup
    * Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
    * Johnsonville Italian Sausage HOT, 2 serving
    * Garlic, 3 tsp
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Diced Chilies, 4 serving


All beans (canned) are to be drained and rinsed.
Sausages are to be thawed and then have the sausage skin/wrapper removed with the meat to be broken up and cooked on the stove top.

Rice is to be cooked seperately and mixed in after chili has been cooking/simmering for quite a while.

Heat your wok/wok-like pan on High, add the olive oil then garlic. Put in your broken up sausage innards and cook 'em up. When the meat is browned, add your tomatoes, chilis and beans. Turn the heat down to Medium and allow to simmer for quite a spell. (You may season with things like cumin, chili powder or what-have-you... to taste of course)

Once the chili has simmered to yummy goodness, add in your rice, mixing well.
