    6 medium apples
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar
    stevia to taste ( 5 drops )
    1/3 cup water
    3 Tbs corn starch
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    crumb topping:
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 Tbs butter


Prepare a 9 inch pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 F

peel and slice apples
cook apples in 1 cup water until slightly softened
add 1/4 cup brown sugar and stevia to taste
combine cornstarch and remaining water
add to saucepan and stir until thickened
add spices

pour apples into pie crust and top with crumb topping.
Spray with Pam cooking spray

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 F

Serving Size: 9 inch pie with 8 slices
