Ingredients

    1 lb 93% lean ground beef
    3 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning or storebought package.
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 cup water

Directions

brown meat in oil. add taco seasoning and water...heat through until right consistency.

Yields about 2.5 cups mixture (not packed)....which weighs about 11oz after cooking. Serving size is 1/4 cup..which is about 1 oz.
