Introduction
These granola bars are chewy and VERY good. They have a LOT of good healthy ingredients, but they are kinda high in fat and calories for the small piece you get!! There would probably be some great ways to lower the fat, sugar, and calories without losing the great flavor. What suggestions do you have?? Be sure to comment on your ideas for everyone to use! Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Oatmeal
1 1/2 c. Crisp Rice Cereal
1 T. Flax Seed
1/2 c. Wheat Flour
1/4 c. Raisins
1/4 c. Craisins
2 T. Chopped Dried Apricots
1 Beaten Egg
1/3 c. Honey
2 T. Butter, Melted
3 T. Canola Oil
1/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
Directions
Line a 8x8x2 inch baking pan with foil. Grease the foil. Set pan aside. In a mixing bowl combine granola, oats, nuts, flour, and raisin. Stir in egg, honey, oil, brown sugar. Press evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake in a 325 oven for 30 minutes or til lightly browned around the edges. Cool. Use foil to remove from pan. Cut into small bars.
