Ingredients

    1 14- 15 oz can of Garbanzo Beans, drained
    1/4 c. plain yogurt (I prefer Greek)
    2 cloves garlic
    4 T. fresh cilantro
    2 T lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. (or the desired texture) Enjoy with baked pita chips.

Serving Size: makes 4 - 1/4 cup servings at about 103 calories per serving
