Ingredients

    sliced almonds .75 cup
    peanut, chopped . 75 cup
    honey .75 cup
    raisins.75 cup
    light corn syrup .75 cup
    cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cup
    natural almond butter, 10 tbsp
    sunflower seeds, no salt. .75 cup
    corn flakes cereal 3 cups
    oats 1 cup
    apricots, dried, chopped .75 cup
    protein power 8 serving
    flexseed, ground 6 tbsp
    water .25 cup
    vanilla extract 1 tsp

Directions

before you start line 9 x 13 pan with wax paper

in large sauce pan combine almond butter, honey, corn syrup and cocoa. cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, stirring often or until smooth

Remove sauce pan from the heat and add the rest of ingredients.

cool for 30 to 40 minutes, before cutting in 24 bar. wrap each bar in saran wrap and store in plastic baggies. can be refigerated. will keep longer.
