Ingredients

    6sm potatoes
    2-4 TBS butter (I use earth balance)
    1/4 grn pepper diced (next time I'm trying with red pepper or both)
    1/4 rd onion (I used white and it still was good)diced
    2 cloves garlic
    4 wht mushrooms diced (I used more and it was yummy)
    1 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp chili pepper
    1/2 tsp turmeric

Directions

boil potatoes
melt 1/2 butter, throw in vegetables fry about 10 mins
add paprika and chili pepper fry 10 more mins
add potatoes slightly mash
add the rest of butter and tumeric
fry another 15-20mins
enjoy!
