Ingredients

    4 c. daikon radish, jullienned
    4 c. carrots, jullienned
    4 c. vinegar
    6 oz. agave
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard powder
    1/2 tsp. coriander, ground
    1 inch piece ginger, peeled and minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve cold.
