Ingredients

    6 cups raw pumpkin, cubes
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup pure maple syrup
    1 T balsamic vinegar

Directions

Peel and cube raw pumpkin

Mix melted butter, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar

toss to coat

Roast in 400 degree oven for 50 min, stirring occasionally to redistribute glaze
