    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Honey, 2 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 2 tbsp
    *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
    Thai Chili Sauce, 2 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tsp


Pound out breasts thin and slice them up for stir fry.

Mix together Honey, ginger, Chili garlic paste (you can get this in the grocery store or at an asian market), and soy sauce.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan.

Put canola oil in a wok or coat a large frying pan. Heat pan, then stir fry chicken until cooked. When it's almost done, toss on the sauce mixture.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over for serving.
