    Cake ingredients
    Devil's Food Cake mix
    Fat Free Vanilla yogurt, 8 oz
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

    Icing- I was wanting something FF that I could use a icing bag

    Fat Free Skim Milk, .1 Tablespoon
    Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1/2 of 8 oz pkg
    Powdered Sugar, 4 cup

    I know that this make a very small cup cake, but I needed something for ladies to just have a taste. This was a nice easy choice. I really liked the consistency of the cake with the yogurt. No yogurt flavor at all. So easy with items so available.

    Could use flavored yogurts with a white cake mix for different combos.


Beat together about 4 minutes until light & fluffy.
Put 1 tablespoon in miniture muffin pans
Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Cool and remove from pan to allow to completely cool

Icing -
Beat smilk & cream cheese until soft. Add sugar by the 1/2 cup quantity until the desired consistency. I wanted mine stiff, you might want yours softer.
