Number of Servings: 5


    Spaghetti Squash, 5 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 10 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Great Value Honey Ham 97% fat free 1 slice, 5 serving


Slice squash in half. Bake cut side down 350 for 20-30 min till hard shell can easily be prieced with a fork.

Brown onins and mushrooms, I use no cal spray or my cast iron. Wilt spinach in same pan. Spainach can be chopped if you like, I don't bother.

When squash is cooked shredded flesh and toss all ingredients.
