Ingredients

*Noodles, japanese, somen, dry, 10.5 oz (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Tofu, firm, 1 block (remove)
Pineapple Juice, 12 fl oz (remove)
*Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
Sesame Oil, .125 cup (remove)
red pepper flakes, .25 tsp (remove)
*Chinese 5-Spice Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
chop vegetables
heat oil in wok over med high heat
drain, press dry tofu and cut into cubes add to heated oil and brown on all sides. Remove from pan to paper towel.
Add onion and peppers to wok and cook for about 5 min until just turning tender. Add mushrooms and garlic and heat for another 2-3 min. add spices and toss.
Add pineapple juice, soy, vinegar. Heat to low boil.
Mix 2 tbsp corn starch with a little water and add to the wok, stir and reduce heat to med and let thicken a bit.
Add tofu back to pan.
Add noodles to boiling water and cook following directions, add drained noodles to wok and toss.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
