    1lb Beef Roast
    3 Cups Flour
    2 Eggs
    1 Cup Skim milk
    4 cans beef broth


Preheat overn to 350.

Brown the roast on all sides briefly with garlic powder salt and pepper.

Place in roasting pan pour in 4 cans of broth and add water until liquid covers most of the roast. Sprinkle in more garlic salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.

Cook in oven for 2 hours, flipping the meat over half way through.

When meat is almost finished make the dumplings: mix flour with eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add the milk in slowly until all the mixture is combined, wet, and forms a ball. Dough should be gooey.

When meat is finished take roast out and cover with foil.

Put roasting pan with broth on stove and bring to a boil. Spoon balls of dough into the broth as fast as you can :-) Stirring so they don't stick to the bottom. Let cook in broth for 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked throughout. is a splurge!
