    5 oz. Mahi Mahi
    1/2 cube of Chicken Broth
    1/2 cup of Water
    1/4 cup Cherry Tomaotes
    5 Basil Leaves
    2 cloves of Garlic finely minced
    1/4 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs (I use Progresso)


Dread the Mahi Mahi in the bread crumbs
In a saucepan combine the garlic, water and the chicken broth cube on medium heat.
Add the Mahi Mahi cook on one side for 4 minutes then flip.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 4 minutes more.
