    ˝ lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/3 cup Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
    7oz. can chipotles with sauce, chopped
    1 small tomato, chopped
    4 corn tortillas
    1 lime
    cilantro, for garnishing


Using a large skillet heat on medium-high heat. Heat Asian toasted sesame dressing, cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in chipotles and 2 tbsp chipotle sauce. Remove from heat.

Warm tortillas over stove. Divide shrimp among four tortillas, add 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes over shrimp, garnish with cilantro and squeeze lime.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings, two tacos each
