Number of Servings: 6


    5 eggs
    1 cup 2% milk
    12 slices of bread
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 can of cherry pie filling.


Mix the eggs and milk together and dip bread in mixture and cook on griddle just as you do french toast.
Blend the cream cheese and the powdered sugar together till smooth with a mixer.

Put 1 tbs of cream cheese mixture and 1 tbs of the cherry pie filling and put it on each slice of french toast.

I use fat free cherry pie filling and fat free cream cheese to make this so it is much lower in calories.

Serving Size: 6 servings of 2 slices each and about 1 tbs of each filling.
