Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped broccoli (raw)
    1/2 cup finely-chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper (or mushrooms)
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    1 cup Kraft grated cheddar cheese (2% milkfat)
    1 1/2 cup 1% milk
    3/4 cup Bisquick
    3 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. (or less) black pepper

Directions

Grease large glass or ceramic pie pan. Mix vegetables and cheese and place in pan. Blend other ingredients well and gently stir into veggie mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until center is set. Let stand five minutes before slicing.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 half-cup servings
