    1 cup water
    2 TBSP sugar
    2 TBSP canola oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. gluten
    1/2 cup unprocessed wheat bran
    1 cup oatmeal, old fashioned
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    2 tsp. yeast


Put all ingredients into your bread machine in the order given. Set on dough only setting. This should take about 30 minutes or so. Take out of bread machine and put in a covered large pan in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled. Punch down dough and shape into a loaf. Put in loaf pan and let sit in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled. Preheat oven to 350. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 16 thin slices.
