Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, strips *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 12 oz
    *Rice a Roni - Spanish Rice, box prepared
    *Hunts Tomato Sauce 1 can
    *cheese, mozerella partskim, 2 cup

Directions

spray cake pan, cut peppers in strips and put on bottom of pan, fry turkey, prepare spanish rice, mix rice and turkey and put on peppers,cover with tomato sauce
cover with foil and bake until peppers are soft 45 minutes to an hour, remove foil and add cheese and bake until melted.
