    Ground Turkey,3/4 lb , yield from 1 lb raw
    *onion, dried minced, 1 tbsp
    *Liquid Smoke Hickory, 1 tbsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Coarse Sea Salt, 1 /4 tsp
    Eggplant, fresh, 3/4 lb eggplant, unpeeled
    Hunts Pasta Sauce Meat Flavored Serv 1/2 C,
    *Grated Parmesean Cheese, 1 tbsp
    1 clove fresh garlic chopped
    1 tbsp carnola oil


Cut eggplant in half length wise scoop out insides to make a shell leave about 1/2 inch around sides and bottom . mix turkey with all spices except cheese. chop scooped out egg plant into pieces cook in about a tbsp of carnola oil with a chopped clove fresh garlic till tender let cool. add to turkey mixture and mix. stuff eggplant shells with the turkey mixture. top each half with the pasta sauce and cheese bake at 350 F for 30 t0 40 min or until turkey is done and eggplant soft
