Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    7oz ff half and half
    7oz whipping cream
    1/8c arrowroot powder
    salt
    pepper
    majoram, dried
    chives, dried
    cayenne pepper

Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium. Add arrowroot and whisk for about a minute. Add cream and half and half a little at a time whisk to keep clumps from forming. After fully incorporated add seasonings to taste and eat.
I approximated on the servings, but I think I probably got it pretty close.

Serving Size: Makes 7-2 tbsp servings
