Ingredients

    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup water
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 tsp splenda

Directions

Boil water in saucepan.
Add wheat flour, stir
Simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness
Mix in milk and splenda to taste.
