    Squash, yellow fresh 3/4 cup is 3 oz, 0.25 cup
    Radishes, 3 medium (3/4" to 1" dia)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    Sweet potato, .25 cup, cubes
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


cut veggies
toss with garlic, dill, & olive oil
roast for 30-40 min
