Ingredients

    1/3 cup peach preserves
    1 tsp minced fresh garlic
    2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp spicy mustard
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Cook preserves, garlic, vinegar, & mustard in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until preserves melt. Remove from heat.

Trim fat from chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt & pepper, if desired. Brush chicken with peach glaze.

In preheated broiler or on a grill, place chicken 4 inches from heat source. Cook 6-8 minutes per side (make sure chicken is cooked through).

Spoon pan drippings across chicken breasts and serve.
