Ingredients

    6 oz. Turkey Sausage
    2 T. flour
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    (make sure sausage has at least 2 T fat, or need to add butter to make 2 T.)

1/4 Cup Servings


Directions

Brown Sausage. Remove from pan.

Make rue with fat and flour. Add milk and whisk. Add in browned sausage.

Makes 12 1/4 cup Servings
