High Protein Crackers High Protein Crackers

    Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Salt, Water


Preheat oven to 325'.

Grind sunflower seeds until fine in food processor. Add Sesame Seeds and salt, pulsing just til combined. Add water & pulse til a dough forms.

With parchment paper under & over dough, use hands or roller to flatten dough into a thin sheet. Peel off the top sheet, sprinkle dough with salt, and score the dough into 6 dozen pieces.

Bake 30 min. Break along scores & cool. Store in container with tight lid.
