    Sunflower Seeds, Cheddar Cheese, Salt, Water


Preheat oven to 325'.

Grind sunflower seeds until fine in food processor. Add Cheddar and salt, pulsing just til combined. Add water & pulse til a dough forms.

With parchment paper under & over dough, use hands or roller to flatten dough into a thin sheet. Peel off the top sheet, sprinkle dough with salt, and score the dough into 6 dozen pieces.

Bake 30 min. Break along scores & cool. Store in container with tight lid.
