Ingredients

    Pork Chops
    Can of Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions

Grill seasoned pork chops to give brown coating and grill marks. Place in slow cooker with can of mushroom soup and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on slow for however long you need if you're out. Serve pork chop with approx a quarter cup of the soup mixture for "gravy".
