Ingredients

    12 oz frozen edamame in the shell
    2 tsp gingerroot chopped
    1 lime
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/2 cup vegtable broth

Directions

add vegtable brtoh to pan, add ginger cook for 2 minutes, add edamame. add white wine, let it reduce. squeeze juice from fresh lime. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Great snack!
