    13 oz Polish Kielbasa
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup chopped carrots (raw)
    3 egss scrambled
    2 bags of Success boil in bag brown rice
    soy sauce to taste


Use a large non-stick skillet or wok to cook in.
peal and chop carrots into small pieces
chop onion into small pieces
slice kielbasa into quater pieces

In skillet or wok add small amount of oil, place keilbasa into skillet, cook a about 3-5 minutes adding soy sauce as needed. add onions, cook until onion start to turn colors, add peas and carrots, cook until vegetables are desired consistancy, add soy sauce as want to do not let mixture go dry.

Meantime fix rice according to package directions let drain while fixing everything else. Beat eggs in a bowl, then scramble.

After vegetable are desired consistancy for you add rice and mix well, add soy sauce as needed, add eggs, mix well remove from heat and eat.
