    3 1/2 C Oats
    1/2 C Wheat bran
    1/2 C Chopped almonds
    1/2 C dried cranberries
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Ginger
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    Dash of Salt
    1/4 C Oil (scant)
    1/2 C Honey
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla


Mix everything together and let sit for 10 min, then bake for 30 min at 270, stir and bake for an additional 20 min, let cool the put into an airtight container for storage.
