Ingredients

1 slice italian bread
1 egg
1 egg white
1 slice swiss cheese
1-2 slices red ripe tomato
Onion powder (or chopped onion)
Parsley (dried)
Directions
Whisk egg and egg white and place in a skillet over medium heat (use PAM or tsp extra virgin olive oil to prevent sticking). Sprinkle with onion powder or chopped onion, parsley, and salt/pepper to taste. Flip once then remove from heat. Cut bread in half. Cut cooked egg in half. Place the egg, swiss cheese, and tomato onto bread (alternating layers). Place in oven or toaster oven until cheese melts.
