Homemade guacamole. I occasionally add fresh pressed garlic too. Homemade guacamole. I occasionally add fresh pressed garlic too.

    Avocados, California (Haas), 4
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/4 C. chopped
    Red Onions, raw ,1/2 cup, chopped
    Lime Juice, .5 lime yields
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp chopped fine
    Salt, 1 tsp


Slice avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop the flesh of the avocado.
Mash avocado to mix a little, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix/mash together.
