    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1, 15 oz can
    Beans, great northern, 1, 15oz can
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Tahini, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 0.5 tsp
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    No Salt, sodium free salt alternative 1/4tsp
    3/4c Tap water


rinse and drain beans until they are dry.. Add beans and rest of ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.

2 TB= 1 serving

Serving Size: 2 tablespoons = 1 serving
