    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup Tomato sauce

    2 tbsp chopped red pepper
    6 grape tomatoes
    30g mushrooms
    50g cooked Lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup shredded mozarella
    10 g onion
    1 tbsp grated Parmesean cheese


Serving Size: 1 serving

Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit

Brush olive oil on the tortilla shell. Spread tomato sauce over the oilive oil.

Layer toppings as desired. I like to put some under the cheese. Top with the Parmesean cheese.

Put in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 300. Cook for 5 minutes. Reduce to 170 cook for 5 minutes. Broil for 2-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are crispy.

Makes one pizza.
