    Cauliflower, cooked, 4 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    *Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Macaroni, 8 oz (remove)
    *Borden Reduced Fat Cheddar & Monetery Jack, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)


Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add the cauliflower and let boil for 25 minutes, or until cauliflower is very tender. Using a slotted spoon, scoop out the cauliflower and place in a food processor. Add the pasta to the boiling water and let boil for 8 minutes. Puree the cauliflower until smooth and thin. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower puree, cheese, mustard, salt, garlic, pesto, and parmesan. Mix well. Drain pasta and add to puree mix. Combine well. Scoop mixture into a greased 88 casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
