    1 whole-grain flatbread
    1/2 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella
    1 tsp dried rosemary
    1 cup grapes, halved
    2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted


Preheat oven to 350.

Warm flatbread on a baking sheet 7 minutes. Remove from oven and top with zucchini, mozzarella, and rosemary. Bake 7 minutes more, until cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, mix grapes and almonds.

Serve flatbread warm or room temperature with grape salad.
