    20 oz Ground Turkey Breast
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    3 cloves garlic
    1 jar Pasta Sauce
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce

    2/3 c low fat ricotta cheese
    2/3 c fat free cottage cheese
    1 bag (3 cups) steamed cauliflower and broccoli
    1/2 c fat free shredded mozzarella
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tsp dried oregano

    9 whole wheat lasagna noodles

    1 1/2 c fat free shredded mozzarella


-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-Boil water and add 9 lasagna noodles. Cook according to package directions.
-Brown ground turkey. Season with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
-Steam cauliflower and broccoli. Puree.
-Add ricotta, cottage cheese, garlic salt, oregano, and shredded mozzarella to food processor and mix.
-Layer lasagna/meat sauce/noodles/cheese in pans.
-Top with last cup of shredded mozzarella.
-Bake for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
