Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1 5" zuccini (chopped or grated)
    Pam cooking spray


In a bowl mix together all ingredients until well blended. Form mixture into a loaf. Place loaf on cooking pan slightly sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: makes four 1/4 lb servings
