    4oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    Seasoning (your choice. I use Season All)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Trim any excess skin or fat from your chicken.
Make a couple of small cuts in the center, but don't go all the way through. This lets the butter spray soak into the chicken to help keep it from drying out.
Lay the chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet. Spray on the butter and sprinkle with desired amount of seasoning. Place in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken over. Spray with butter and add more seasoning. Finish cooking until juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink.
Goes great on top of salad, in a pita or to eat alone.
