    ready prepared arrabiata sauce
    1/2 red onion
    1/2 green pepper (or any colour)
    50g sweetcorn
    1/2 tin red kidney beans

Directions

Fry onions and peppers for a few minutes till softened
add rest of ingredients and heat through
serve with pasta, wholemeal for extra fibre
